provide access to the Untold London interactive map;
process and manage tour bookings;
send booking confirmations, joining instructions and important information about your tour;

Tour bookings are processed through Ticket Tailor, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Untold London does not receive or store your full card details. Ticket Tailor acts as a service provider handling attendee information on behalf of Untold London, while Stripe processes payment and transaction information.
Your personal information will not be sold. It will only be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, mailing lists, ticket bookings and payments, or where disclosure is required by law.
Booking information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the tour, respond to queries and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Mailing-list information will be retained until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in each email. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent Untold London from sending essential information relating to a tour you have booked.
